The One-Five Fund is a place-based philanthropic initiative serving the communities of Watts, Harbor Gateway, Harbor City, Wilmington, and San Pedro–serving the five communities that make up Los Angeles City Council District 15.

The One-Five Fund invests in organizations and community-driven solutions to deliver community livability, economic wellbeing, and youth development across Los Angeles' 15th Council District.

All residents across the Los Angeles 15th Council District have access to resources, programming and community that supports their individual and collective success now and into the future.
